Yesterday felt uninspired on the writing front, so I spent the day helping Mom with the salads for our indoor/outdoor cookout: I shredded the bacon and chopped up most of the potatoes and all of the pickles for the loaded baked potato salad, also peeled/chopped the cucumbers for the macaroni salad ( Read more... )
